- An European Green Lizard in the hills above Budapest, Hungary. Spring came, so the insects started crawling out from their winter hideouts, and then that's the start of the game for the lower hunters of the food chain, the lizards. It took a while to get this one, about a hour of waiting the thing to come off from a thorny bush where it hid, but it did worth!

- A Sand Lizard peeking though the bushes. Took with an Olympus C2500L, an 1999 digital camera. It could have been better if the tip of his nose was visible, but one can't get a lizard posing for him!

- Just an another large European Green Lizard shot, this time exploiting the capabilities of my old Olympus C2500L camera even better than in the past year - at least I believe so. This one did not even need post-processing at the colour department, it just came out all right. It was one of the good results of a trip targeting especially these lizards.

- Common Wall Lizards, in early spring. The weather is still spring-like, the nights are cold, so probably that was why I found these lizards together (there were four here in total, I just could'n get more than two at once in one reasonable picture).

- Many lizard lived on the castle walls up there, Wall lizards, Sand lizards, and European green lizards could be seen by one being cautious. I was cautious, the result: First time I could spot one eating something: precisely a snail. (Animation)

- A Sand Lizard peeking through the foliage. It's funny that while I get to find Green Lizards way more often, these when spotted are a lot easier to photograph, they don't want to run around all the time.

- An European Green Lizard interestingly found on the branches of a large bush. Well, as I discovered later, it is quite common for them to climb the bushes, but still, it is strange to actually spot one up there.

- One kind of mandatory shot of a male European Green Lizard. Well, if these little buggers run around all the place... It would have been better if that straw didn't happen to be there in the middle, but oh well.
